Samx7 0 Report post Posted January 14 Hello Everyone, I am experiencing a problem with the CU24M3 firmware version that I downloaded from your website for my Epson WF-C5710 printer. After installation, it shows a black screen with Recovery mode. I attempted to install the original firmware from Epson, but after the process completed, it seems that the CU24M3 version is still installed. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? LUO TSUNG 0 Report post Posted July 2 I want my SC-407 to be chip-free, I purchased two orders, order number 299254 and 299253, 299254 I use WIC Reset Utility for chip-less firmware update, After the update, the machine automatically restarted, but it had no effect!! Later, use the tutorial on this pagehttps://www.2manuals.com/product_info.php?cPath=107&products_id=1851 The firmware is flashed, but license.exe is executed. No printer model appears, so it cannot be activated. I saw in WIC Reset Utility that you have a chip-less firmware. He is FA05GC 05/10/2016 No need to enter maintenance mode!! Do I need this firmware to use it? Or are there other methods? Please be informed that I have spent $35 + $19.9, Nothing works so far!!! I also tried to put the machine into service mode, downgrade the firmware to FA14HC, and then update your chip-free FA20I4 again. License.exe still does not see any printer model!! LUO TSUNG 0 Report post Posted July 2 My problem is solved, but I also bought an extra 19.9 KEY and used it (wasted). The reason is that due to the USB PORT allocation relationship, my P407 is allocated to USB58, so the printer option does not appear in the activation software!!
