John_Admin 386 Report post Posted October 2, 2021 Model that have separate maintenance cartridge with chip - can"t be reset with software.. So you have to replace the maintenance chip. You CAN'T reset waste ink chip on maintenance cartridge by any software.http://www.2manuals.com/product_info.php?products_id=1634 You CAN reset waste ink counters on printer which doesn't have maintenance chips.
