epson WF-5620 error 0xEA , jammed belt , after chipless firmware ink charge

Hi 

I succesfully installed the chipless firmware to my epson WF 5620. It worked.

The quality of the print after that was very bad (the ink cartidges are new), so I chose clean head, and after that the Ink charge option.

After that the printer when it boots it does a sound (from the belt inside ) and it produces error 0xEA on red screen.

I installed another firmware (older that I had downloaded earlier)  but it happens the same thing after boot. I think the ink charge broke it.

What should I do?

hardware problem after ink charge , never happened before. So the WIC broke the printer I think. Any solutions?

That is impossible. 

Reinstall ink cartridges.
