I made the payment via card. I always bought it this way, and I always received it within a few minutes. I still haven't received the key, and the customer has already canceled the service. There is no option to cancel the purchase.

Since they did not deliver the C5710 unlocking key, please refund the amount paid.
Apparently the website and forum are abandoned.
There is no response from the administrators.
