Alex13 0 Report post Posted February 12 Check which firmware version is installed in your printer, if it installed the latest version, then you need to lower it https://forum.2manuals.com/index.php?/topic/81509-query-is-rejected/ If the firmware is not installed through the program, there is an alternative option.
