    Please download the LATEST version of the WIC reset utility here: For Windows OS - https://www.2manuals.com/WIC/WICReset.zip For MAC OS - https://www.2manuals.com/WIC/iWIC/iWIC.dmg If You have Epson printer - You can use for first time TRIAL key - it will reset counters from 100% to 80% Please read here - https://www.wic.support/free-trial-reset-key-how-to-use-it/ important!!! If you used the trial key and the counters are reset to 80%, then before using the paid key, you need the counters to fill up to 100% AGAIN or the printer will issue a message stating that "Serial maintenance is required" For Canon printers Trial key doesnt exist.   2. Check your email, the key should be in the mail.
  3. What language are you interested in? You can change the language in the program settings.
  4. You should have received the keys in your mail today.
  5. Check which firmware version is installed in your printer, if it installed the latest version, then you need to lower it https://forum.2manuals.com/index.php?/topic/81509-query-is-rejected/
  6. Send a screenshot of how your printer is displayed in the WIC program
  7. Write your key and your order number to this email smsp@resetters.com We'll check it out. or send me a personal message.
  8. Install the firmware in the printer downloaded from the official website for your printer model

  10. There is no chipless firmware for this printer model.
