Alex13 0 Report post Posted March 13 Try turning on the printer in service mode and install the firmware WF-C5390 Series Turn off the printer then press STOP + LEFT ARROW + DOWN ARROW + POWER simultaneously. Update list of the devices and select proper firmware then click "update" button. When firmware update is completed press OK to turn off the printer.
