toppc12 2 Report post Posted September 18 Hello. I've been using WF-C5790 printers for a while now, and I'm satisfied with the chipless firmware. However, on new model WF-C5890, magenta prints blueish, it is more like violet rather than magenta, and of course photographs are not good. Ink is the same for both models. It's pigment ink.
