Still prints nothing: New ink Pad install & reset computer

I installed a new ink pad, paid for the reset key twice and followed all the steps. But when I print there is no ink at all on the paper.  I’ve done maintenance (nozzle head, cleaning, etc.,) nothing!  The printer is 1 year old but has not been used. I don’t know what else to try

As Your printer is under Warranty - please contact the nearest Epson Service Center for support
