1. Start - > Settings - > Printers and Faxes
2. Select printer You need from list and click right button and select Properties
3. Click Printing Preferences and go to Maintenance tab.
4. Click on Status Monitor 3.
The Epson Status Monitor will appear with the printer status. It will also show error messages if printer can't print now.
Ink Low - You have to replace Ink Cartriges or reset them by chip resetter:
Paper Out - You have to put paper in printer to continue printing.
Sometimes it maybe because of parts of paper are in the printer and paper feed sensors are blocked.
Ready to print - all is ok!
You have to check inside the printer and take away all paper parts, dust and so on..

What is your printer model in system?

Sure. This model is supported.

Please open Printers and Faxes tab: Start - > Settings - > Printers and Faxes
See picture:
In opened window You can see all printers installed in Your system.
The full name of printer model is displayed in devices list.
For example You can see in picture: EPSON L200 Series - yhis is full printer name in system.
Not Epson L200 or EPSON L200 but EPSON 200 Series exactly.

If You want to check if the Reset Key is still valid - You can simply do it with WIC utility.
1. Run the WIC Reset Utility.
2. Go to MENU - > Support - > Check Reset Key or open Support Models tab and click on Check waste reset key button.
3. Enter Reset Key You want to check and click OK.4. You can get information:
- USED Reset Key - date of key creation, date of use, printer model, IP address where key was used, Your current IP. That means You can not use it second time.
- UNUSED Reset Key - this Key has not been used - so it is valid and You can use it one time.
- DOES NOT EXIST - that means You enter wrong Key - maybe with mistake or You enter not a Reset Key - maybe payment transaction or sometning else. Get Reset Key in email from 2Manuals.com.

Artisan 1430 model is currently supported model. So, You can not get free reset key.
You can buy Reset key and reset Epson Artisan 1430 waste ink counters in few clicks.

How can I switch languages in WIC?
Run the program and go to Settings Tab. Select the language you need.
CLOSE the program and run again.See the video How to change languages in WIC Reset Utility:

Solution: the printer has to be connected by USB cable only!
By the way!
Dont forget to stop (delete) all printer jobs.
You can also disconnect all other USB devices to be sure WIC Reset Utility communicate directly with printer.
For best result - resart your PC and printer, then run WIC Reset Utility.One more problem can be in not proper USB cable - it may be very long or not good quality. So we also suggest you to change the USB cable.

1. Disconnect all USB devices
2. Disable antivirus and proxy
3. Reboot your PC
4. Run PC as Administrator
5. Connec the printer with proper USB cable
6. Run WIC utility
