Thank you, that was the problem. I have never used this printer for the PK ink and didn't realize that, even though never used, it still has to be nearly full to run the INITIAL CHARGE. Frank

When I run the Adjustment Program, I get multiple "cartridge not recognized" errors when I try to run Initial Setting on my Epson R3000/Windows 7, but when I run a print from an old version of Photoshop it works normally
