Would you need to be buy the chipless software if you update to NW07K7 from NW2017 or could you just use the recovery key that you get after installing the firmware? And if you can use the recovery key, how would you go about using it? By the way i have the chipless software from inkchip. Im asking because im having a print error 031001 and 031002 on my epson xp15000 and im wondering if this could be the problem because i read something about this on another forum.
