Also, it wont even allow me to see the waste counts. Starting to think my printer is not compatible with wicreset???

I have an Epson et-2803. I have tried all the steps, but when I restart my printer it still reads "The ink pad needs service. Contact Epson." I have already replaced the ink pads, as well. Please help???
