Trying to run an initial ink charge with the Epson Adjustment Program to flush a P800 -- keep getting a communication error message (see attached). I'm running Windows 10 on Parallels with Mac OS 10.15.2 (Catalina). I can connect to the printer in Windows with no problem. I've restarted both printer and my computer with the same result. Any suggestions greatly appreciated -- thanks in advance -- Jeff
I paid for my P800 Chipless Firmware update and received the confirmation email, but have not received my License Activation code. There appeared to be a space in the email where it should have been, but was blank. Please advise?
