John_Admin 389 Report post Posted October 16, 2019 We have updated firmware version now. Please download new firmware version here - https://chiplesssolutions.com/download/chipless/WF3720_FWF469TL_CL30J5_CL99Z9.zip Upload firmware to printer in normal mode - dont put printer in Program Update mode. The uploading process will stuck at 70-80% - it is ok! Open task manager and stop updater process. Printer will blink for about 5-15 minutes - then will power OFF. Now power on the printer - chipless firmware is installed now in your printer! Please reply about results.

wic.support 31 Report post Posted February 9, 2020 @xemoterp, please, try this: www.chiplesssolutions.com/download/updates/license-09-02-2020.zip and write about the results in this topic.
xemoterp 0 Report post Posted February 9, 2020 The above license file fixed my issue completely. I am now able to use my Epson WF-3730 with an ink cartridge that was originally not accepted by the printer (a brand new 3rd party one that had a chip that was incompatible with the printer). The activation procedure was exactly as described (easy) with this new license file application! Great customer service and a fantastic solution to using 3rd party inks with the Epson WF-3730! Tria 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2020 Help memy Epson WF3720 error 031008 appears.when using a firmware update from Epson back to normalwhen using firmware chipless error it returns again
wic.support 31 Report post Posted June 7, 2020 Good day. 031008 error or 0x7920 in hex is: VBS overvoltage error (VBS is Bulk-Source Voltage). Possible causes: Head FFC failure. Failure of the head. Main Board Failure. Unfortunately, I do not have specific solution. Problem is definitely with the printhead, but what exactly causes this is not clear. Maybe new firmware version is just better at handling printhead with voltage issues or at least less sensitive to this kind of problems.
