Mac Software 'Application Not Responding'

Hello,
I bought a key from you and wanted to downgrade my printer.
During this action, your program (I use a Mac) froze and now the orange & blue lights on the printer keep blinking and it gets stuck.
What can I do to make this work again? I don't want to close the program to lose the key.
