EPSON WF 3720 NO ACTUALIZA EL FIRMWARE QUE CORRESPONDE PARA EL SOFTWARE SIN CHIP

Tengo la epson WF3720 que está bloqueada por mensaje de cartuchos, he intentado hacer los pasos para que nuevamente ya no me pida cartuchos, es decir el chip virtual. Seguí los pasos, puse en modo actualización la impresora y cargué el firmware, dice al 100% completado y correctamente en la computadora y en la impresora, pero entro al WIC para ver que la versión sea la correcta y poder comprar la llave pero simplemente sigue en la misma versión (CL14N7) volví hacer los mismos pasos y simplemente no se carga la versión que debería (CL30J5). Que debería hacer o como puedo hacer para asegurarme y garantizar que vaya a funcionar si le pongo la llave de activación por favor alguien que me ayudeeeee. Adjunto la fotografía del reporte de wic

Please, try to update in the service mode first and report the results.

To enter the service mode, follow this instructions:

First method:
Turn off the printer then press UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE TOUCH PANEL (#1 on the photo below) + POWER simultaneously.
Hold them for about 20 seconds.
Release this buttons when power indicator is ON, printer LCD will display "Program Update Mode" in WHITE color.

Second method:

Probé con los dos métodos y sin resultados, la versión del firmware no se cambia sigue siendo la misma, adjunto fotografías de como si "termina" de hacer la instalación de firmware pero no. Necesito ayuda por favor.
