    I have the same issue. I trie to upload firmware in normal mode and it only accept 14% and the printer never turn off.

    I tried to recover one license in an XP-231 but the program show message Reading Failed - 1

    I tried to re upload the firmware in IPL and in normal mode and still showing the same message.

    Are you going to upgrade the firmware for this printer?

    I have this error message only with one specific XP241. With others XP241 runs normally.
