wic.support 31 Report post Posted September 30, 2020 In the WICReset in the settings (main menu > file > settings) enable advanced functions then in the list at the bottom of the main interface in the `Iniialization and Conversions` section select `Reset the platen pad counter`, when operation is completed restart the printer and write the results.
