toppc12 2 Report post Posted April 28, 2022 Hello. I have 2 WF-579R with chipless firmware, both with the same problem. Neither has yellow color working. Instead of yellow, printer prints black, sometimes cyan. And the pattern is blurry. I've done tens of cleanings but nothing will make it work. If I swap ink cartridges, for example, put yellow on cyan, after a couple o cleanings, cyan prints yellow, so ink cartridge is fine and ink is fine. Even yellow starts printing blurry yellow with yellow ink in cyan. One printer got to about 20k copies and the other about 3k before yellow started to print blurry. So I was wondering if it's not a firmware problem. Do you have a chipless firmware older than CE16L7 for me to try? Thank you! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
