Sublime_Vizion 0 Report post Posted June 20, 2020 Installed Firmware, Activated Key, chipless is working but the printer is printing blank pages. 100% sure it has nothing to do with the cartridges so it can only be either the firmware downgrade or the chipless software. Mikos 0 Report post Posted November 26, 2020 I have confirmed same problem exists on XP15000 purchased in Canada. The version of software installed is NW2017. I now have a printer that prints BLANK pages. It is November 26,2020. The firmware is not good anymore. I have resolved the issue by unplugging the printer for 5 minutes and then attempting one more time. Then all was good Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
planetM 0 Report post Posted February 28, 2021 Been printing with Epson XP 15000 without problems right before installing firmware NW2017. We installed firmware (confirmed) and paid for and entered activation code. Tried to print a variety of items and printer looks like its printing, but all pages come out blank. We've unplugged printer, tried reflashing firmware (first printer error message we got was 031001, then some ink cart. maintenance errors), now we don't even get error messages. Looks like printer prints correctly with pages coming out all blank. We have relatively new authentic Epson ink cartridges in printer. Any help would be great as printer is now out of commission.
