    What do you mean - "firmware reset"??? Firmware can not be reset - it is not counter. Firmware version can be changed to other version. Update or downgrade. Your firmware version is the same WIC has.

    What is your current firmware version in your printer now?

    For PX710 - chipless firmware doesn't exist. If even Epson cartridges can not be recognized - it means you have hardware problem Not firmware

    Upload firmware to printer in Normal mode!!!!! Dont put printer in Program update mode!
