  2. You have to upload firmware to printer in NORMAL mode - not Program Update mode.
  3. Use software under Windows or under Parallels on Mac
  4. Please make following: 1. Reboot PC 2. Restart printer 3. Disable all USB processes - in WIC MENU - SUPPORT - Disable processes 4. Change USB cable. Check if You are using latest WIC version V5.51 or higher No proxy or firewall Try Other PC.

  7. We are working on this but с an not tell when it will be fixed or will be it fixed at all.
  8. When You use License.exe utility - there will be Recovery Code generated while activating chipless firmware. Use it to restore chipless firmware if printer was updated.
