wic.support 30 Report post Posted January 31, 2019 This issue almost always means that chipless firmware has not been properly loaded to the printer. Try to update firmware again and check all messages that you get during update process in the application then restart the printer and check firmware vesion in the WIC. alfreddz 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2019 Yes, I fixed it while uploading it in normal mode. One thing to mention is that, I didn't have to wait for it to finish 100%. As it came out as an error that the firmware wasn't installed properly. I just used the activation tool and voila, my printer's good to go.
