    Upload chipless firmware to printer once more time. Make it in normal mode. Dont put printer in firmware mode. Then use Recovery Code Not Activation Key

    Model that have separate maintenance cartridge with chip - can"t be reset with software.. So you have to replace the maintenance chip. You CAN'T reset waste ink chip on maintenance cartridge by any software. http://www.2manuals.com/product_info.php?products_id=1634 You CAN reset waste ink counters on printer which doesn't have maintenance chips.
