    Your printer has newest firmware version and it can't be downgraded Use this solution for recovery message. -

    Try WIC utility 50% it will work but also it can not accept old firmware

    Haldur, It is common problem for wf-c5710 printer when it works with not original ink cartridges I mean if you use Auto Reset chips or One Time not OEM chips or modified firmware.

When printer accept 80% or so - it will go OFF - then close this process in task manager or shut down Updater. Then run License.exe and make activation with your key

    I think humidity sensor gives printer that error try to dry or replace that sensor

The uploading process will stuck at 70-80% - it is ok! Open task manager and stop updater process. Printer will blink for about 5-15 minutes - then will power OFF. Now power on the printer - chipless firmware is installed now in your printer! Please reply about results.

    If you have more then 30 printers installed on your PC - License utility will not communicate with printer. Solution - delete installed printers, clear ports Less then 30 Or clear all ports.
