  5. It looks like you are trying to use WICReset key with chipless solution firmware, they are incompatible you need to use chipless solution key. https://www.2manuals.com/product_info.php?cPath=107&products_id=1840
  6. When you are trying to read platen counter what value it shows? Also what status is shown in WICReset?
  7. Post screenshot with the error clearly visible and verify that printer has correct firmware version.
  8. I do not have any specific solution right now, to find the problem I will need to connect to you remotely and check this inplace, if you want to do this, send me your contacts in private message (skype or telegram is preferable, otherwise email).
  9. In the settings try to select printer port manually instead of auto.
  10. B200 is a printhead failure and printer will not print eeprom data (or anything) with such error, that is why you getting 009, also I`m not sure that this issue can be solved by software means. As for the application not starting I still think that the problem is with security software but I could not say more without additional information.
  11. What exactly you are doing? Disabling status monitor will not affect printer or cartridges in any way.
  12. So you have print fuse error and printer is not able to print, right? In this case you need to replace printhead.
  13. As far as I know 009 means that printer has an error that may prevent selected operation. What is printer's LED indication? Can you print when you start the printer normally?
  14. 1. Do you work under admin account or limited account? 2. What software you are using for protection? Add this application to the exeption lists. 3. Do you see application in the task manager after it tried to start? 4. Do you have a second monitor?

  17. The fact that maintenace box became full is a coincedence, also I do not know how printer has been used but printhead cleaning has much bigger impact on the maintenance box life than printing itself, if you performed several of them before printing, it might have caused overflow.
  18. Please, install WICReset, click `report` button in the main interface and post screnshot of this report here.
  19. What do you mean by this: "Check on the software, the printhead fuse error is reported, but I use the nozzle through another machine to run normally." Does this printer work under some circumstances? Please, explain with more details.
  20. Unfortunately, this is impossible, license is verified locally on the PC and once created could not be deactivated.
  21. Those printers use same firmware so it should work but it was not tested yet.
